Each week, a planning list is produced that shows the officers’ recommendations on planning applications.

As your ward councillor I can, on planning grounds, refer an application for consideration by the committee.  But please be aware, I can not let you know my opinon on the application as this would lead to me losing my vote should it come before the committee.

If you would like to discuss this course of action, please get in touch with me.  Please note that there are strict timescales on this and most times the deadline is 12 noon on the Monday after the report is published, but this may be brought forward on bank holiday weekends.  My advice is: don’t delay, call me as soon as you are aware of a situation you’re uncomfortable with.
