In #Brentwoodwest this week there is an application in High Street at the corner of Westbury Road

134 High Street - CHANGE OF USE FROM EXISTING MIXED USE RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL USE TO NON-RESIDENTIAL INSTITUTION (NURSERY) D1: Recommended for refusal.

If you have any issues with the above officer recommendation then please get in touch with me as soon as possible. The deadline for referral is midday on Monday 12th November 2012 to refer the above items to the Planning Committee for further discussion.     I think we have enough takeaways in Brentwood I don’t live that near but think this should be refused.

    I think this is a much more preferable use than demolition and reconstruction – and serve a better purpose – plenty of parking opposite in Westbury Road Carpark.
